Any breach of these terms will result in the affiliate instantly being banned and/or blacklisted from promoting our products, and will not be eligible for reinstatement.
1. DO NOT alter the owner’s story, or insert fictitious weight loss stories into your promotions to drive results.
2. DO NOT or use our images, before and after photos, customer testimonials or customer images in your promotions. You may do so only with our expressed written consent. Email distribution@pearshapedfitness.com for consent.
3. DO NOT falsely represent yourself as the creators or owners of Pear Shaped Fitness in ANY of your promotions.
4. DO NOT include content that is deceptive, misleading, untruthful, unsubstantiated, or otherwise fails to comply with applicable federal and state consumer protection laws, regulations, and guidelines.
5. DO NOT bid on keywords (word, sentence or phrase) on any search engine such as Google, Bing and Yahoo where any part of the keyword targeted contains the words “Pear Shaped Fitness” such as "buy Pear Shaped Fitness challenge", "Pear Shaped Fitness reviews", use any terminology in ads or landing pages that are similar to "scam" or "fraud", etc.
6. DO NOT direct prospects directly to the checkout page/ cart/ order form bypassing the Pear Shaped Fitness website. All customers must purchase through the Pear Shaped Fitness and must see our offer as presented by us prior to landing on the checkout page.
